It feels like ages since RePOP opened its doors for a shindig so we thought we'd try something different this time around and invite you to join us during the day for a special pop-up experience featuring a repurposed, hand-stitched one of a kind cashmere collection by Linda Zimmermann Cashmere. Fall will be here eventually (though one woudn't believe it with the weather we've been having) so why not join us for an afternoon to sip some wine, browse some discounted vintage decor and score the winter accessories of your dreams. 

Catered by Rashida from Sayra's Wine Bar & Bier Garden, the event will be brimming from 12 - 6pm on Oct 7th. Come by, say hi and take home a treasure.

RePOP cordially invites you on Friday, February 24 from 7 -11 to celebrate our new location where we will be ringing in nearly 11 years of operation!  

We welcome you to raise a glass of cheer with us and spend an evening in an eclectic environment with a host of festive friends and midcentury delights.

Wine and light fair will be served.

In addition, 20% of all proceeds that evening will be donated to the ACLU.

Facing relocation in January, RePOP is honored to present its final art opening in Williamsburg: A Shared Love - The Paintings of Helen Selsdon & Joel Adas, featuring commanding landscape and still life paintings by a celebrated couple embracing a lifestyle combining the fever of their love with art. What better way to settle into the coming season then with the warm reminsence of oceanic views and vibrant interior objects that represent both the mutual admiration of nature and home?

You are cordially invited to the opening Friday, Oct 14 7 - 11 featuring libations and bites by Sayra's Wine Bar of the Rockaways. Join us for an evening of commanding work, colorful personalities, Miss Ellie jewels and vintage galore.

Entangled: a group show

RePOP is pleased to house the works of six exceptional artists to hallmark the winter season. With creations by Kellyanne Hanrahan, George Spencer, HanJie Chow, Maggie Bard, Tom Gleeson & Ian Faden, ranging from paintings to photography, they will be part of RePop's latest art series - Entangled. The halls of RePop will be decked with original artwork this holiday season for your viewing pleasure as well as gift ideas for your friends and loved ones. With the collection of artwork and the carefully curated vintage furniture, there will be plenty of eye candy on display!

You are cordially invited to view the works and mingle opening night Nov 6 from 7 - 11pm. Libation and hors d'oeuvre provided by Sayra's Wine Bar.

RePop is proud to announce Wunderkammer Wonderland, an exhibition of pinhole dioramas and installations by Tine Kindermann. The exhibition will open on Friday, June 13 at 6:30 p.m., with wine and refreshments served by Sarya's and beer provided by Brooklyn Brewery. Please join us at RePop to celebrate Tine's work!

German-born visual artist and singer Tine Kindermann creates miniature worlds inside old crates and weathered boxes. Her enigmatic tableaux are built from found objects and intricate sculpted figurines, many of them based on the dark fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm. Kindermann's work draws the viewer into a gory and gorgeous landscape populated by handless maidens, beheaded witches, and Siamese twins. Well-suited to RePOP's unique environment, Wunderkammer Wonderland is Kindermann's largest exhibition to date.

Tine Kindermann has shown work at galleries in New York City and Berlin, including Stephen Romano Gallery, Cutlog Art Fair, and Jack The Pelican. Her work is in the collections of Gunilla von Bismarck, Cheryl Henson, and Iggy Pop.
